Bongolian, or Nasser as he is more commonly known to his friends, still writes and performs for Big Boss Man. Nass the multi-instrumentalist disappeared into the studio to create a brand new sound in the name of his new alter ego The Bongolian. The Bongolian sound is similar to that of Big Boss Man, drawing influences from funk, soul and jazz, beautifully blended with Hammond organ, great drum breaks and not forgetting the bongo’s, all played by Nass himself.
